Speaking of My Favorite Disney Movie…
After a long week of biomechanics, evolution and scientific writing, I really felt the need to exercise the right half of my brain and unwind. Hello, coloring book! This is quite possibly the best coloring job I have ever done.

It’s so nice to let your inner child out to play once in a while.

Thank God I am not the kind of person who buys this shit.

As much as I love Merlin and his breed, this is just… tacky beyond belief. The company that makes this has an extremely large assortment of dogs, cats, wild animals, flowers, and just about anything else you could think of that you would never want to put on a tote.

I was browsing through my camera with the intention of posting some fun new pictures, but apparently I haven’t taken any lately. Except this one of the ridiculously awesome NASA hat I found in the toystore Dan and I spent hours browsing in after our late breakfast on Saturday. They had some really cool stuff! I’m definitely looking forward to having kids so I can buy them all sorts of educational toys.

Best Fifteen Bucks a Month I Ever Spent
Sunday has become my favorite day of the week, not because it’s usually a nice lazy day, not because it’s God’s day, not because it sounds like a delicious ice cream dessert, but because Sunday is the day Netflix posts the list of movies that will be releasing on DVD that week. Is that so wrong? Does the fact that I would rather update my rental queue than save a drowning bear cub make me a bad person? (PS - thank you, Netflix, for teaching me how to spell queue.) I say no, there’s nothing wrong with the perverse pleasure I take in randomizing my list so the new releases are interspersed with the classics and then rearranging it so no two movies of the same genre are back-to-back. Nope, nothing wrong with that at all.

I may have found the solution to my expensive taste: Ross. Yes, I feel like white trash shopping there, but finding a $140 Nine West bag for $25 pretty much makes that go away.
